As of Juy 2020 in Staffordshire, we have an impressive 237 care homes registered on the Capacity Tracker Bed Vacancy System who have updated their long term bed vacancies in the past 7 days. This reflects an increasing number of care homes in Staffordshire who are regularly using this system. Alongside this, our Brokerage services and the CCGs are actively using this system to make placements. 

We are delighted to announce that this system now has added functionality and care homes can update their short term vacancies too for any of the following services:

• Discharge to Assess
• Intermediate Care
• Reablement Support
• Rehabilitation
• Respite Care 

You can also provide an indicative cost for all of your short and long stay beds.

• A general care home user guide if you are not registered on this system and are considering registering on it.
• A user guide to allow care homes who offer short stay placements to start recording their vacancies live on the system.
