• Copy of the Quality Standards to be sent to Lesley Calverley
• Assesstment Team representatives to share with their teams the Health agreements linked to recording in EHCPs outcomes and provision. 
• Consider the EBT content on the Local Offer to ensure it is written in a parent friendly way.  
• Project Steering Group to look at the changes to the FACE Assessment questions, any concerns or queries to be fed back  by the deadline of the 30/07/21
• Re-visit the band 9 anomalies and to work alongside Imosphere for any areas that have not been picked up previously.
• SENDIASS to be notified when an updated is posted on the Local Offer, so that it can be shared via their network.
• Get an update from IDOX linked to the advice givers template and how it will support the FACE assessment moving forward.
• Consider how Keyworkers can engage further with families and children and young people under the transformation and raise with Senior LA Officers. 
• Agree some dates for further workshops to be held, during the daytime and the evening. 7 parent/carer reps and 3 LA Officers.
• Arrange a meeting to discuss the Hearing Imparirment/Visual Impairment cases further.
• Look at the EN Funding Criteria.
• Members of the group to email any other areas that can be added to the list of when we would override the EBT Level.
• Share the list of budgets in and out of scope to the Governance Group at the end of the month.
• Share parents view that Keyworkers should meet their child with the SEND Governance group.
• FACE Assessment questions to the group for feedback.
