Our Mystery Shopper Scheme provides an opportunity for you to be involved in developing the content and accessibility of our Staffordshire Connect's SEND Local Offer?

The mystery shopper scheme was developed during a workshop session which included parents, carers, young people and practitioners.

How does it work?

Termly virtual mystery shopping sessions will take place.  This will include a mixture of a blank canvass and case studies using a feedback form.

Feedback can also be received in between sessions by using the feedback form available in our download section or by emailing
