Jay, who was born with cerebral palsy, has produced this video for teengers and young people with disabilities.  It is based on his experience and journey of gaining employment.

Jay is keen to communicate that it’s important to stay positive. In his teens he recalls how difficult it was to see a future and how he could make a contribution to society. It is aimed particularly at those who may be nervous about starting work or who are thinking about a future career.
