SEND Provision Capital Funding 2018/19

Staffordshire County Council is intending to access an allocation of Send Provision Capital Funding for pupils with EHC plans for the 2018/19 financial year.

Special Educational Needs Funding for Mainstream Schools

Below is the Additional Educational Needs (AEN) application form, together with the guidance notes. 

Please note: you should use this paperwork only for Staffordshire resident pupils attending Staffordshire mainstream or academy schools. Also if the pupil does not have a Statement or EHCP.
