Annual Review Quality Standards - Local Authority decision making after the Annual Review
Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Quality Standards have been developed to support the continued improvement of the quality of assessment for children and young people who are going through the annual review process. The Quality Assurance Framework has been implemented to promote consistency across Staffordshire and improvement quality in the preparing and issuing of the EHCP.
