Who can use the service?
- Young people aged 16 and 17 who have not received an offer of education, employment or training.
- Young people aged 16 and 17 who have left learning or are at risk of leaving.
- Young people aged 18 who are not in education, employment and training and require support and guidance to re-engage.
- Older learners identified as a priority group - Care Leavers (aged up to 20 years)
- Young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (aged up to 24 years).

What happens after referral?
A mentor or careers advisor will work with the young person to develop an action plan to support them in gaining an education, training or employment offer.
Who will we see?
A mentor or careers advisor.
What happens when I come to the service?
A careers adviser or mentor will talk to the young person about their options and help them decide on their next steps. They will also explain the support they are able to offer.
What happens when I become an adult?
This service is available to:
- Young people aged 18 who are not in education, employment and training and require support and guidance to re-engage.
- Care Leavers (aged up to 20 years)
- Young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (aged up to 24 years).
