Our Care Market Development Team (CMDT) support Staffordshire's care organisations to recruit, retain and develop highly skilled staff, so that our residents receive the best care possible.
We do this by:
- Supporting those seeking employment in the sector with employers seeking staff, at no cost to employers or employees.
- Planning and facilitating access to a wide range of sector-specific training and events to staff at all levels, including Care Workers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Registered Managers, Personal Assistants & Direct Payment Employers
- Signposting the social care sector to a wide range of information, guidance and resources to support high quality workforce and service development.
