Parents please read !!

Due to the COVID-19 virus parents looking for childcare should be aware of the following information:

  • Childcare settings should now only supply childcare to parents who are classed are critical workers and vulnerable children as defined by government here
  • For critical workers this means that:
  •  Both parents in a two parent household must be a critical worker
  •  Lone parent must be a critical worker
  • If you are a critical worker and need urgent childcare please contact our team at: eeac@staffordshire.gov.uk
Households that have at least one parent who is not defined as a critical worker must keep their children home.
  • Some childcare settings on this website may have taken the decision to temporally close and might not be contactable.
  • Information on self isolation and COVID-19 can be found at: www.gov.uk
