We provide 1-2-1 support for adults with physical disabilities and long-term or life limiting conditions or illness and pain conditions. We also support families, partners, carers.
We provide relationship support, coping strategies, improving confidence and dealing with anxiety, depression, low mood, fatigue and other impacts caused by your impairment or how society disables disabled people.

- We have an online wellbeing community and programme for disabled adults and their family members. This is partly funded by the lottery and therefore only £5 a month or £50 a year. There is weekly live support as well as a community for group and 1-2-1 peer support. The programme consists of a self-help programme to work through, alongside videos from peers and disabled celebrities and reflective exercises. We also have a disability training hub for professionals: social workers, OTs, psychological therapists etc, to learn more about working affirmatively with disabled clients and patients
