Heathfield House Residential Care Home
Heathfield House is a 6 bedroom residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Staffordshire Moorlands on the border to Stoke on Trent.
We provide a holistic service that is built upon robust person centred planning, risk assessment and creative thinking! Our aim is to work with our client's to achieve their ambitions, lead more rewarding lives and to become valued citizens. We currently work with some complex individuals who are mixed in ages and interests, and they have successfully integrated them into an established home and neighbourhood.
Heathfield House can work with Clients on a short and long term basis and also offers respite stays for any length of time.

- These are our base-line costs which include a minimum of 1:3 support support throughout the day and a waking night at night-time. If a client requires additional support above our base-line level then we are able to price up the cost on a per week basis based on the individual needs of the client.
