Support for your Wellbeing during the Covid-19 restrictions

As this is a worrying time, we are here to support you with any anxieties or difficulties you may be experiencing. We are offering telephone and video call appointments, which can be more frequent and convenient for you while at home.

We offer help for any type of emotional problem, or physical symptoms that can cause emotional distress. The most common symptoms we help are those of anxiety, low mood, and physical conditions that cause fatigue, pain or restrict people’s lives in some way

Getting help for your problems is easy.

You don’t have to be referred by a doctor – you can refer yourself by simply phoning us to make an appointment, or by completing the self-referral form on our website.

Why not come for an appointment, and find out what we can offer you – there is no pressure on you to start a treatment programme – many people come for one appointment to get advice and self-help information.

Notes

There are two easy ways to make an appointment

By Phone

You can call us on 0300 303 0923.

One of our caring understanding team will take some details from you over the phone, and will then offer you a choice of appointment times and days – we aim to offer first appointments within a couple of weeks. They will book this for you, and send out a confirmation letter with some information, and a map showing the appointment location.

Through our website

Simply complete the self-referral form.

For your first appointment you may need to attend one of our clinics throughout Staffordshire.
