Jobs 22 will secure thousands of sustainable Restart Scheme for those on Universal Credit across Staffordshire and across the east midlands

After the Furlough Scheme, Restart Scheme is the largest economic programme in scale and importance created by the UK government. It supports participants in reducing their barriers to employment and finding genuine, sustainable work. It supports employers in finding the talent they need quickly following the global pandemic. There is no cost to employers. Jobs 22 is government funded and paid by results only.

Jobs 22 is your main contact for information, plans and results from DWP’s Restart Scheme in Staffordshire. Restart scheme's participants here have access to local support services and suppliers via Jobs 22’s delivery partners and specialist providers – all local SMEs.  If you have an initiative or service that would be useful to local, long-term unemployed citizens, please get in touch with us.

As well as targeting local employers, Jobs 22 also works with LEPs, MPs and local chambers of commerce to keep them updated on the Restart Scheme's progress.
