Werrington Wellbeing Covid-19 Response Programme
The project aims to support residents of the Staffordshire Moorlands to deal with the consequences of Covid-19 by offering confidential, professional counselling (singularly, as a couple or as a family group) for up to 12 weeks.
The counselling can be delivered online and/or by telephone. Also, one to one/couple/family group counselling will be available at the Foxlowe Centre, Leek and the Werrington Garden Therapy Lodges as and when Covid regulations and circumstances permit. These can include therapeutic art as a form of support.
Regulated and registered respite care can be arranged if required to allow carer(s) time to undertake the counselling or to give them a much needed break and time put of their caring role(s).
At the end of the Programme, participants will have a resource pack to use for future reference and information which will contain any art produced.
