Carer Support Group - St Paul's Church
The Approach Carers Advice and Support Groups run every month and are free for anyone who cares for someone with dementia or related health issues.
The groups operate throughout Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire and new members are always welcome.
Each group provides support for carers and the people they care for. They can meet new friends alongside professionals such as community nurses, support workers and specialist dementia advisors.
Advice is freely shared about how to care for their loved ones.
It is a supportive environment where people can chat to others who understand what it is really like to care for someone.
Time of each group is 10:30am until 12:30pm
Hot drinks are available with biscuits and cheesy oatcakes.
If you would like more information on groups please call Approach on 01782 214999 or email enquiries@approachstaffordshire.co.uk
