There are 3 policy options available: standard, plus and deluxe.
Our plus cover includes
- Employers' Liability (up to £10,000,000)
Protection if your personal assistants sustain injures or illness whilst working for you.
- Public Liability (up to £5,000,000)
Covering claims against you if you have accidentally damaged someone or their property.
- Legal Expenses
Cover for your legal expenses if you are taken to a tribunal by an employee.
- Tribunal Costs
Covering the cost of the sum awarded as a result of a tribunal.
- No Excess
We don't require any contribution to a claim where other insurance policies might.
- Personal Accident (for you and your carer)
Compensation if you or your employee have an accident where the employee is responsible.
