Cannock Chase Shed - Community charity workshop & friendship group

We are a charity, a voluntary community group and part of the nationwide 'Shed' network. We welcome men & women 18+ (although most of our members are retired folk) who want to use our workshop facilities to make, mend or restore items whilst also making friends and enjoying chat, banter, tea, coffee & cake. We particularly enjoy making or mending items for other local charities and voluntary groups.
Our 'Shed' workshop is in the grounds of the Museum of Cannock Chase, Valley Road, Hednesford, WS12 1TD.
We have a wide range of tools & materials to use for personal, group, community or heritage projects. Members can watch, assist or lead activities and join in as and when they want. We love to share our skills & learn new ones.
Members need to be able to work safely and independently in a workshop environment.
