Young at Heart Tea at 2
The Young at Heart Project runs social groups in North Staffordshire helping to reduce social isolation and loneliness in older people. Our social groups helps older isolated people to socialise over a hot drink or a light lunch, meet new people and take part in a range of activities to improve your health and wellbeing.
Runs first Tuesday of every month. Start date 1 February 2022, 1 March 2022 & 5 April 2022
Time: 2pm until 4pm
Fee:
We have either entertainment, activities or a guest speaker along with refreshments, biscuits and bingo.
