Details

Currently charges are for a minimum of 2 hours, plus a refundable deposit. If not paying by bank transfer and additional charge will be applied, £0.40p for cash or cheque & 1.75% for card payments (bank transaction charges) (For those wanting a bar but not having an all day booking additional charges would be made. These are available upon request) We use a refundable deposit approach to confirm your booking. This will range from £100 - £250 depending on event. This will normally be refunded within 14 days. However, should there be an issue which has come to our attention, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit either in part of fully. You will always be kept informed, should this situation arise. All payments must be paid two months before the event by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer. If the event is less than two months ahead, payment must be made in full. A deposit will be required to hold your booking. We will provide cleaning equipment and ask you leave the venue has you find it.
