Payment arrangements

Once you have selected the chosen service you require we will provide you with a clear breakdown of the annual cost and the amount you need to set-aside in your budget each week to be able to afford the support.

Our normal payment arrangements are monthly Direct Debit payments which we will debit at the end of each month. If you do not have a bank account which will allow Direct Debits we will discuss other payment options with you. If a Direct Debit request is refused by the bank and you start owing us money we will discuss this with you but we reserve the right to suspend our services until any debt has been paid.

Termination

If you wish to terminate your support early you need to give us one months notice. We will refund a proportion of your payment if you have more than 3 months remaining subject to an administration charge of £25.00.

Fair usage policy

PeoplePlus operates a Fair Usage Policy which means that if a customer uses our service at excessive levels we may need to apply an additional cost to the support service. This would only happen on rare occasions and we would always discuss this with the customer first to advise them that they are using the service to an excessive level to give them a chance to reduce their usage levels. If the level of support required or used did not decrease then we would apply an additional premium to their chosen support package.
