Everyone Health Staffordshire Service
To protect you, your family and our staff, Everyone Health is asking all service users not to attend any face to face appointments. We have transitioned services to be delivered over the phone or virtually and can therefore still offer you support and would still welcome new clients to our free services. If you have any questions or would like to join our service, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0333 005 0095 or via firstname.lastname@example.org
Stop smoking service - this is now one to one support over the phone and we will post NRT out to you.
Social isolation service - we have a vast number of phone groups for people to join in each week and also a free postal pack service for those not wanting to phone in or join us on our new Facebook group.
Follow the links below for specific information regarding each service area.
Whether you want help to quit smoking, lead a more active lifestyle, lose some weight, or simply take advantage of the NHS Health Checks we offer, Everyone Health can help you.
We provide services with an integrated approach that look to not only help alleviate short-term problems, but that take a holistic approach to health and social care, helping to change long term behavioural patterns for the better in those over 50 years old.

Everyone Health has partnered with Staffordshire County Council in order to provide services that help and support those aged over 50 who meet a certain criteria and live in one of the identified areas across Staffordshire. (Stop Smoking support is now for those 40+ and Physical Activity is now for those 18+ and live anywhere in Staffordshire)
Our mission is to create a sustained positive impact on the health and wellbeing of local communities, enabling individuals to drive and sustain change.
Please visit our other pages on Staffordshire Connects for details of our clinics in each area, or call us to find out more or to book your place. You can also sign up online directly on the Everyone Health website.
