Aiming High - East Staffordshire Borough Council - Rebound Therapy
Tuesday 30 April - 4 June 2019 (9am-12.30pm)
Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, promote an increase or decrease in muscle tone, promote relaxation, promote sensory integration, improve fitness and exercise tolerance and to improve communication skills. Rebound Therapy can also stimulate the digestive system, aid improved bowel function, internal organ massage, and clearing of toxins from the body. Please note, this is a 6 week course.
