Jump into Baby Massage & Yoga - Newcastle Under Lyme Childrens Centre
Tuesdays
10 week course.
Suitable for babies aged from birth to crawling.
This course will consist of:
- 5 weeks Baby Massage
- 4 weeks Baby Yoga
- 1 week Pamper session for parent
Some benefits of massage & yoga.
- Reduce colic, constipation & wind
- Improve sleep patterns
- Strengthen muscles
- Increase blood flow
This group also gives parents the chance to meet with others who have new borns, share ideas and know that you are not in this alone.
The last session gives parents the opportunity to relax, chat and pamper themselves whilst babies have social time together.
Hot cuppa available at the end of each class.
Whattsapp group set up at the start for all paperwork to be sent and to allow discussions between groups.
Group includes a free bottle of sunflower oil to enable massage to be completed at home.
