Adderley Green Care Centre is a specialist service located in Stoke-on-Trent. Registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of care with nursing, Adderley Green also has the benefit of a full-time onsite multidisciplinary therapy team providing a range of therapeutic interventions to support the rehabilitation needs of the residents. The site is split across two buildings and offers two distinct services:
Moorcroft Manor is a specialist care and rehabilitation service for people with complex neurological injury and conditions. The Moorcroft Manor facility is a state of the art, modern, purpose built facility, providing rehabilitation, long term care, respite and palliative care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
Gladstone House opening in spring 2017. This service will be working with those residents who require specialist behavioural management programmes and interventions prior to them transitioning back to their home, to a longer term care facility or supported living placement. Supported with assistive technology and a highly trained workforce, Gladstone House is aiming to become a centre of excellence that provides excellent outcomes and enables individuals to regain their skills and independence.
