I am an experienced, supportive, and understanding Life Mentor, Coach and Counsellor, who specialises in working with individuals who are ready to be empowered – to make sense of your life and make positive life changes.

I believe each of us deserves to live a beautiful and fulfilling life.

Through both my life challenges and academic study I have developed a deep understanding of the human mind and spirit.

I offer Life Mentoring, Life Coaching, or Counselling to those struggling to make sense of their life, that feel stuck in their life or are looking for a change.

We are all individuals in the way we think and behave. I have a natural ability to work with your individual needs. Using both my personal experience and development, I can explain life in a simplistic manor. We could say that through storytelling, together we translate your life into a language you understand.

We could either meet online or in the park or coffeshop/pub for tea/coffee, it’s quite relaxing.

My clients have said they feel really heard and quite elated during our sessions. I too can see when they leave, that they are lighter than when they arrived.
