Join us for this fun Holiday Playscheme.  

Provider: 

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity.  Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands.  

How many?

10 children and young people.

Support with personal care and medication is provided.
