Liberty Jamboree is a provider of day opportunities for young adults aged 18+ with SEND and/or Mental Ill Health.
We offer targeted group work which focus on life skills, independent living, employability skills and volunteer opportunities in the community.
Within this we offer travel training and transport, personal care and the administration of medicines.
Payment for accessing this service can be via Direct Payment, PIP or self payment.
Aim
We aim to empower each individual to increase their self-esteem and offer a chance to discover and develop, enabling them to be more visible within their communities. We offer volunteer opportunities with a number of local partners in the community and support members to move closer to the workplace.

- To facilitate youth provisions focusing on social and emotional development opportunities, fun activities, independent living and life skills workshops as well as informal curriculum based activities to help develop young people’s resilience and social and emotional learning
- To provide a range of inclusive, adapted sporting opportunities to help promote a healthy, active lifestyles whilst encouraging team building and emotional wellbeing
- To offer needs led targeted projects focusing on group work and personal development such as ‘Sign and Sign’ Choir, Girls Group.
- To be a voice for young people and young adults with SEND and mental ill health, discussing and influencing issues that affect them and to develop and carry out social action projects.
- To offer targeted group work to young adults focusing on life skills, independent living, employability skills and travel training to learn, grow and develop - widening their world; we aim to empower each individual to increase their self-esteem and offer a chance to discover and develop, enabling them to be more visible within their communities.
- To empower and support young adults to organise a range of social activities such as day trips, evenings out, UK holidays and holidays abroad; becoming a social network of peer support.
