Therapeutic services for parents, carers and families. We can offer parents/carers the opportunity to be part of a 10 session therapeutic group informed by Non-Violence Resistance (NVR). NVR focuses on supporting parent/carers who have children who are aged between 7-18 years old to develop tools and techniques to care for their child/young person who displays challenging attitudes and behaviours.

We offer individual family sessions, offering a range of other interventions informed by Incredible Years Parenting Programme, Systemic Practice and Family Therapy. Sessions encourage and enable families to share and explore difficult thoughts and feelings safely, whilst working to understand the perceptions and experiences of each other. Family sessions help to build on strengths and shift towards a place of change and connection within relationships.

One to one therapeutic intervention can be undertaken alongside family sessions or NVR, as the real goal is to strengthen family relationships and to improve connections. We can offer therapeutic interventions informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Diaolgical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and trauma approaches. We can also offer Art Psychotherapy and individual Family Therapy.
