BACT - Extra Time Hub (Uttoxeter)
BACT is one of the 12 Clubs in the country that has been chosen as part of the Extra Time Hubs journey. Working in partnership with the EFL Trust we have been given some funding from the National Lottery and Sport England to try and get people over the age of 55active across the 30 minute per week threshold.
Just because these sessions are aimed at getting people active doesn't mean that active people cannot attend, everyone is welcome as it is just important to stay active as it is to get active.
We run a couple of these sessions a week to try and engage as many people as possible. We provide a range of different activities to try and accommodate everyone's needs. New age curling, boccia, table tennis, quizzes and games are just a few of the things we have to offer as well as many more activities.
Over the last 18 months we know it has been very hard for everyone. We know that physical health is just as important as mental health so even if you come down for a chat we would love to see you.
