A fun day out picking your own pumpkin - children can make new friends and enhance their skills.

Provider: 

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity.  Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands.  Parents/carers do not need to stay.  Siblings cannot take part.    

How many?

10 children and young people.   

Where?

Meeting at Crossroads Offices, Clive Villa, Cemetery Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2DL.       
Venue is: Hayward Park Farm, Shugborough, Stafford, ST17 0XA.

Anything else I need to know?

Please note there is no hoist at the venue.  Please speak to Crossroads if your child requires support with personal care to check whether this can be accomodated at the venue.  Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch and drinks.  

How much?

A contribution of £4 is required if this is an additional activity.
