Referral details?

Young people aged 5 to 18. We work with vulnerable children, children with Education Health and Care Plans and various needs ie; SEND, Social Emotional and Mental Health.

What happens when I become an adult?

Every week the tutors send a detailed report with SMART targets to the Operations Manager, who reviews each one and sends it directly to the client.  This is to support future progression that is right for that child.

For pupils working on functional skills; we also gather evidence of progress via a functional skills scheme of work, and photos of the work produced monthly. We are happy to attend PEP meetings, and work with other professionals, training provisions, colleges or workplaces to support a smooth transition into whatever the pupil moves on to.
