Dementia Independent group
Independent group support is now available at the Dementia Centre, choice between Tuesday afternoon or Friday morning. The sessions are free and 10 sessions will be provided. The activities provided range from chair based exercises, music and dancing, arts and crafts, quizzes, reading a paper, having a good chat. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the sessions.
Please note: We don't provide transport.
