Aiming High - Moving Forward (Lifeskills and Independence Support)

Staffordshire County Council Aiming High

Moving Forward (Lifeskills and Independence Support)

Up to a possible 56 hours of individual support is available from our Moving Forward programme to help young people aged 11 years and over with a Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND) towards achieving their dreams or goals and to develop essential lifeskills for their future.

Young people and their parents/carers are free to choose the skills they would like to develop or activities that they would like to try and our Providers will help them achieve this.

If you would like to take part please contact our providers below directly and they will be very happy to talk to you in more detail about the support available.

Support for young people living in other areas of Staffordshire will soon be available.

Please email aiminghigh@staffordshire.gov.uk to join our waiting list (please include your child's name, date of birth, address and the type of support needed).
