Young at Heart, Cross Heath group
Young at Heart's Cross Heath group is a lovely opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy some activities amongst friends.
We have guest speakers, games, music, dancing, accessible exercise and much more. Plus light refreshments for just £1 per session.
