Get Mindfulness for the Whole Family!

Mindfulness is about focusing on just one thing that you are either doing or what’s happening around you and taking a moment or two away from the constant rushing and moving from one thing to the next in life.  It is a good skill for children and adults - especially at the start of the school holidays!!  Supporting with recognising emotions, learning to self-sooth, encouraging good routines and building resilience - improving physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. With some of these key skills your child will be supported to manage everyday life.
