Dial a Ride Transport Services: Moorlands Connect
Anyone living within the operating areas below who cannot access a local bus service can use the call and book services. You may use this for any purpose.
In most cases the services pick up from a home address, if it is safe and practical to do so.

If you are phoning us
The line is open between 8am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Calls are charged at normal rates.
Group bookings can also be made on this booking line.
Booking is available on the day but you must give 2 hours notice prior to your journey time. Please remember the "Dial a Ride" option is on a first come first served basis.
If you are emailing us
You will need to tell us:
- where you are travelling from
- where you are going
- if you require a return journey
- what time you would like to travel
Also, if the booking is for a wheelchair user, please let us know.
Please note: you will need to give 48 hours notice when making a booking by email.
