Trinity Skills for Life
Trinity Skills for Life is a day care provision for young adults with learning difficulties/disabilities aged 18+ based in Stone, Staffordshire.
Our varied curriculum offers students lots of opportunities to develop their skills in a supportive environment to enable greater independence, confidence and encourage social skills.
We also offer opportunities for our students to gain skills through our volunteer work placement experiences
Additional services that we provide includes P.A support and our Short Break respite service.
Mission Statement
We aim to provide a supportive yet challenging experience for young people with learning difficulties/disabilities, by encouraging independence, confidence, self-esteem and a sense of value. They are encouraged to take responsibility for themselves and the wider community, and to achieve their true potential.
Job Vacancy and Voluntary Work information
We advertise job opportunities on our website, Facebook and via local social media outlets but welcome and offer work placement opportunities to those seeking to gain experience in the social care sector. All staff and volunteers receive full induction and training. We train and support students and placements from local Sixth Form colleges, and work with Keele University offering placement for their medical students

Trinity Skills for Life head quarters is a modern facility adapted specifically for the needs of our Students. See below for some of our amenities/ activities on offer

For our Short Break service and some of our Independent Living sessions we use Trinity House. Trinity House is our own accommodation based in the heart of the local community in Stone
We also offer a social and chill out club after hours on a Tuesday until 5.15pm with social games, activities, trips out. Tuck shop and refreshments on offer
Please note that not all of our services are wheelchair accessible.

Getting a Place at Trinity Skills for Life
We host regular Open Events that are advertised on our website and also welcome interested individuals and their families/carers to come to Trinity Skills to meet staff/students, enjoy a tour and gain more information about our services and application process.
