Aiming High - Crossroads Care - Playscheme
Tuesday 20, Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 August (10am-3pm)
A fun day with arts and crafts and other activities where children and young people can make new friends and enhance their skills.

An assessment must be completed before the activity. Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity.
Who?
8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands. Parents/carers do not need to stay.
How many?
10 children and young people.

Brown Edge Village Hall, Brown Edge, Stoke on Trent, ST6 8TB.
Anything else I need to know?
Please note there is no hoist at the venue. Please speak to Crossroads if your child requires support with personal care to check whether this can be accomodated at the venue. Please ensure your child bring a packed lunch and drinks.
How much?
A contribution of £4 is required if this is an additional activity.
