Liberty Jamboree - Over 18s Social Opportunities

Liberty Jamboree

Liberty Jamboree offer an exciting provision for young adults over the age of 18 to meet up and go out with their friends at evenings and weekends.

The groups are supported by professionally qualified workers and offer a range of personalised additional support (including personal care and the administration of medication).

The group meets bi weekly to either plan outings, or attend  trips, holidays, events and outings.

Aim:

The aim of the sessions is to develop interpersonal skills and build friendships. Liberty believes is vital that young adults create their own peer support group and experience life like any other young adult.
