We are a domiciliary care provider in Staffordshire. providing dedicated support to people’s own homes, for adult individuals requiring an extra help & support and who wishes to continue living in their own homes .
Regal care Services Ltd is CQC registered home care provider providing home care in Staffordshire areas. Our belief is that everyone has the right to choose the way in which they want to be cared for and supported.
We respect individuals’ privacy and dignity, and offer person centred care services that allows individuals to formulate their care plans on how they want to be cared.
We offer personal support such as personal care - washing, showering, bathing, dressing, undressing, inontinence, food and fluid intake, medication administration, assistance with getting up and going to bed;
Domestic Care – we offer practical support such as: shopping, general housework, laundry, finances / pension collection, meal preparation, social integration, social visits, escorted outings, day or night sitting services, gardening and home repairs, administrative tasks / form filling or letter writing; and,
Specialist Services – we offer specialist tasks such as: assisting with artificial feeding, catheter care, assistance with eye or ear drops and medication administration. These tasks are undertaken following appropriate risk assessments and specific training. Assistance with a ‘good morning’ start to the day, with help to get up, wash (shower or bath) get dressed and have breakfast. Assisting with preparing lunch/tea.
We offer a provision of care services through the night as needed. This can either be on a ‘sleeper night’ basis, where the care worker expects a reasonable night's sleep but is on hand for emergencies, or a ‘waking night’ where the care worker is on duty throughout the night. Live in care – providing a care worker to live with you in your home, organised occasionally visits such as morning, lunch and afternoon for short hours.
Similarly, we often provide live-in care when a customer needs temporary support when returning from hospital, Respite care, palliative and end of life care
We support individuals from 18 years of ager to 90 years plus.
