Aiming High - Crossroads Care - Pumpkin Picking and Lunch

Join us for this fun day which includes choosing your own pumpkin, a walk and lunch.

Provider: 

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands. 

Parents/carers do not need to stay. 

Siblings cannot take part.    

How many?

8 children and young people.   

Where?

Meeting at Crossroads Care, Clive Villa, Shelton, ST4 2DL.  

Anything else I need to know?

Support with personal care and medication is available.  

Please discuss your childs support needs with the Provider in advance.  

Please ensure your child wears outdoor clothing and footwear.      

How much?

A contribution of £4 is required if this is an additional activity.
