Anyone living within the below operating areas who cannot access a local bus service can use the call and book services. You may use this for any purpose.
In most cases the services pick up from a home address, if it is safe and practical to do so. It can also return passengers with a disability or those living in more isolated locations to their home address.
Lichfield and Rugeley Village Connect
This offers transport to local villages or connections for onward travel at Rugeley, Lichfield or Burntwood.

This offers transport in the area to and from Market Drayton, or to one of three key interchange points at Baldwins Gate, Ashley and Loggerheads.

This operates at fixed times into:
- Leek on Wednesdays
- Ashbourne on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Buxton on Fridays

South Staffordshire Connect
This offers two services - one service for the North of the district, and one for the south:
- The north service includes transport for places such as Penkridge, Brewood, Essington, and Blymhill.
- The south service includes transport for places such as Kinver, Wombourne and Perton.

Needwood Forest Connect
This service can provide transport for places such as Hill Ridware, Hoar Cross, and Hanbury. It also travels to connection points including Rugeley, Burton Upon Trent, and Abbotts Bromley.
