Borderland Voices, Arts for Health and Mental Well-being
We provide weekly, in-person creative writing and expressive art groups. Our arts activities, in all forms, are designed to support the health and mental well-being of regular adult participants, in and around the Staffordshire Moorlands. Sessions are free but donations are always welcome. As well as the writing or art, we always have fun and laughter plus tea/coffee and biscuits.
Professional artists lead the creative writing and expressive arts sessions.
Participants often ring/email one another between sessions to give further support and encouragement
