Acupressure Therapy

Acupressure therapy is a form of gentle massage in which the client remains fully clothed. It is very relaxing and not at all painful.

Acupressure has been described as acupuncture without needles, because it works on the same principles, but therapists use their fingers and thumbs to stimulate the energy points instead of needles. 

It has proven effective for many conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure and digestive problems.

Treatment can take place in the client's own home. In this way the client is completely relaxed and comfortable and this makes the treatment more effective.
