BABY MASSAGE AND REFLEX COURSE
Courses run for four or 5 weeks.
Everything you need is supplied. You get a handout at the end of the session to be able to do the routine at home.
This course is perfect for new mums.
Classes are kept small which is particularly good for mums suffering from PND.
You will learn how to massage your baby from head to toe!
This is a lovely routine to do to help settle your baby. Idea for those little ones suffering from wind, colic, constipated or reflux. It is a lovely way to finish you day. Done on a regular basis helps achieve a good sleep pattern.
