I have a brand new Yoga meditation and Holistic therapy centre in the heart of Newcastle.
We have classes and therapies running all day and every day of the week . There's a class for everyone's ability.
Yoga and Meditation Classes suitable for all abilities and ages.
We also do private personalised classes for groups.
Holistic Therapies such as Aromatherapy and Reiki are available to book.

The venue is a single story building and is convenient for able and disabled people.
The parking is either on the street outside for 1 hour between 8am-6pm and there are carparks very close in Hassle street.
