A trip to the Wildlife Park where you can explore different types of birds and enjoy a picnic outside.

Provider: 

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity. 

The Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands. 

Parents/carers do not need to stay. 

Siblings cannot take part.    

How many?

8 children and young people.   

Where?

Peak Wildlife Park, Winkhill, Leek, ST13 7QR. 

Anything else I need to know?

Support with personal care and medication is available.  

Please discuss your childs support needs with the Provider in advance.  

Please ensure your child brings along lunch and snack/drinks and wears outdoor clothing and footwear.      

How much?

A contribution of £4 is required if this is an additional activity.
