Join us for this fun trip to a Candle Factory!

Provider: 

Crossroads Care Staffordshire.  

An assessment must be completed before the activity.  Provider will contact any new attendees before the activity. 

Who?

8-18 year olds with special educational needs and disabilities who live in Newcastle or Staffordshire Moorlands.  Parents/carers do not need to stay.  This activity is not open to siblings.    

How many?

10 children and young people.  Parents/carers do not need to stay.  Siblings cannot join in with this activity.    

Where?

Meeting point is Crossroads Care, Clive Villa, Cemetery Road, Stoke on Trent, ST4 2DL. 

A mini bus will then take the young people to and from the Candle Factory, Barracks Lane, Chester, CH3 9PF.  

Anything else I need to know?

Support with personal care and medication is provided.  Hoist facilities are not available at this venue.  

How much?

A contribution of £3 is required if this is an additional activity.
