Cut the sugar in 2018

Change 4 Life is launching a new campaign to help families choose healthier snacks.

The campaign will help parents take action by introducing a new simple tip - 'Look for 100 calories snacks, two a day max.'

Half of the sugar children consume each year comes from snacks and sugary drinks. Eating too much sugar can lead to harmful fat building up inside and serious health problems, including painful tooth decay.

The Change4Life website has a wealth of information on healthier choices, and you can also sign up for a Change4Life snack pack, which gives money off healthy snacks
