VA to arrange that all EBT Steering Group meeting notes and slides are posted on the Local Offer following meeting.
- Agreed to go with the phased roll out approach.
- An explaination to be given at the next steering group meeting on how the Minimum Funding Guarantee works now at a school level.

Meeting 21.4.21
- Look at measurement methods, baselines and targets for Benefit B5 to determine whether this is a valid measurable Benefit. Also look at whether the wording of the Benefit should be amended to mention greater confidence for Keyworkers in completing EHCPs. Deadline 23.04.21
- Review the Project Risk and Issues in the meeting slides and provide any feedback to KEW by 07.05.21.
- Monitor Keyworker attendance at SG given capacity constraints – doesn’t always have to be a super-user in attendance. Ongoing.
- Explanation of Minimum Funding Guarantee (MFG) to be provided at next Steering Group meeting
- Approved notes and slides from meeting to be published on Local Offer
